Description:

This is a basic sample will for an adult with basic instructions. It is four pages, and includes provisions for distribution of assets, wealth, guardianship over children, ect.  It is in Word format and four pages.  It contains instructions throughout the document for how to modify each section of the will.  The will should be signed in the presence of two witnesses.  It is better if they are witnesses who are not given anything in the will (who are disinterested).  In some states (only about two), it is a good idea to have the will notarized.  There is also a self proving affidavit, which should be signed by the witnesses, attesting that they were present when the testatrix signed the will (the testatrix is the person whose property is the subject of the will).
